The party leader must be at least 18 years of age. You must be authorized by all persons on your holiday confirmation to make the booking, including those guests added at a later date.
All correspondence and documents are sent to the party leader who is responsible to us for all payments on the booking, for ensuring that party members are kept informed of booking details and for any cancellation charges.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send your villa confirmation.
Please check the confirmation and any other documents carefully on receipt. You must notify us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
A contract between "Sun Palm Villas" and you the "client" will come into effect when you have paid a deposit ( or full payment within 8 weeks of arrival ) and we have dispatched our confirmation invoice.
A deposit of $300 is payable immediately.
If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. Your deposit is Non-Refundable in the event of cancellation.
The balance of your holiday cost is due not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, as shown on the confirmation invoice.
If all payments are not made by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you and a charge of up to 100% of the Final invoice total may be levied.
A 3.5 % convenience charge applies to payments via credit cards.
A $300 refundable deposit must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full no more than 1 week after your departure date, provided NO damage is caused to the property or owners belongings. All damages must be reported and paid for prior to vacating the premises. Failure to report any damage will result in the loss of all or part of the deposit.
We reserve the right to increase/decrease the prices of villas advertised at any time. The cost of your chosen villa will be confirmed at the time of booking. Once your reservation has been confirmed, any future increases in costs will not be applied to your booking.
Should you amend the booking after it has been confirmed, we reserve the right to increase the costs to those currently advertised.
Your Holiday Villa.
This is reserved solely for the persons named on the confirmation invoice. Local communities expect certain standards of behavior. You and your party are expected to observe community rules.
You must vacate your villa by 10.00am on the morning of departure to enable cleaning of the home to be completed prior to new guests arriving. On arrival, your villa will be available from 4.00pm onwards.
The villa will be checked immediately after guests departure.
Should any breakages or damages occur during your stay, you must notify the Management Company immediately. Should the cost of repair or replacement be your responsibility, the Management Company will advise you and expect the costs to be settled during your stay.
If damage is found after your departure, the costs incurred for replacement or repair will be charged to you credit card.
On your arrival, it is in your party's interest to check your villa. If any damage/breakages are found, please contact the Management Company immediately. After occupying the villa for 48 hours the above will be void and you will be liable.
No Smoking Homes.
The properties that we manage are all No Smoking. If any damage or extra cleaning is required to fabrics, carpets and furniture etc. caused by burns or smoke, the cost of cleaning/repairing these items will be deducted from your security deposit. If the smoke alarms are activated by smoking inside the home, the Fire Services will be alerted automatically and the call out charge will be the guests responsibility.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation will become effective from the date it is received at our office. A cancellation notice will be issued by return.
In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage for this eventuality.
More than 6 weeks prior to arrival .... 50% of Deposit
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior to your arrival date .... Loss of full deposit
4 weeks or less prior to arrival ..............100% Of Rental Price
Parents must supervise children at all times, particularly in the Pool area, and when accessing the villa in an uncarpeted area. Glassware at the Pool side is prohibited. It is an unseen danger to you and to others. No responsibility/liability will be accepted for any accident, injury or damage sustained during tenancy, regardless of how it may have occurred.
If We Change Or Cancel Your Villa.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes to and correct errors in our website and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed and to cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst we always try to avoid changes and cancellations, we reserve the right to do so.
Most changes are minor, although occasionally, we may have to make a major change.
If we do have to make a major change to your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible and you will then have the following options :
1) Accepting the changed arrangements as offered by us.
2) Accepting a replacement villa from us of equivalent or closely similar standard and price if one is available.
3) Canceling, in which case you will receive a quick and full refund of all monies you have paid to us.
You must tell us which option you wish to take within 7 days of our offer of the alternative accommodation. If after 7 days, you have not contacted our office we will book a replacement for you.
If You Have A Complaint.
Should there be any cause for complaint whilst in our homes, Sun Palm Villas must be notified immediately.
No complaints will be entertained after guests return to their home residence.
While we at Sun Palm Villas are animal lovers, we must stress that our homes are pet free.
The Owners nor Sun Palm Villas accept no responsibility for personal injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to personal belongings. All use of equipment and swimming pools are used at the guests risk. Children should be supervised at all times. Additionally, it is advised that guests do not enter the home with wet costumes as chlorine will damage carpets and furnishings.
If, in the opinion of any person in authority, you appear to be unfit, or are likely to cause disturbance or damage to the rental villa, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday arrangements with us.
We will not be liable to make alternative arrangements for accommodation, nor will we cover any costs you incur or make any refunds.
We cannot and do not accept responsibility for any cancellation, alteration, or amendment to your booking brought about by way of : strikes, riot, political unrest, war or threat of war, hostilities, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, hurricanes, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.
