What are the taxes that we have to pay ?
A tax rate of 13% is applicable to all bookings. This is Florida State Law on all rental homes.
How will we find our vacation home?
Directions to your vacation home will be sent to you on receipt of your final balance. Front door key codes and community gate codes will be sent 2/3 weeks before your arrival.
What if we want to arrive early or depart late ?
An early check in or a late check out can be arranged if the home is available. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 for this facility.
What do we need to bring with us?
While all of our vacation homes are fully furnished, we do try and provide each guest with everything they will need during their stay with us. Bath and hand towels are provided, but you may want to bring your own wash cloths as these are not always provided. Starters of toilet paper and soaps are in each bathroom, but you may need to supply more of these. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc must be provided by guests as well as grocery supplies.
